INTEGRATIONS SPECIALIST

Managing integration projects with our clients’ EHRs (Electronic Health Records) to automate the sending of feedback links to patients.
Taking full responsibility for the planning and execution of large projects; serves as the principal point of contact on multiple complex projects or programs.

Most of the work consists of
1) communication between stakeholders,
2) building detailed specifications for how the integration should work,
3) documenting the integration work for future modification needs and
4) resolving complex issues escalated from integration efforts.

Requirements:

⚫ Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience is required

⚫ Be comfortable communicating with healthcare staff, technical staff, and directors

⚫ Strong project management experience and great organizational skills

⚫ Be comfortable handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.

⚫ Experience with integration and interoperability within a healthcare environment is preferred.

⚫ HL7 experience is considered an advantage.

⚫ Actual coding experience is not required

⚫ Depending on experience/interest you can join the actual development and testing of the integrations

Education & Experience / Minimum position qualifications:

⚫ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

⚫ 3+ years of relevant integration work experience.
